Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (“Catalyst HRE”), a national healthcare real estate developer, announces the acquisition of a 22,279 square foot free-standing medical office building in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Vanderbilt Health and Benchmark Physical Therapy currently lease the acquired medical office building in a densely populated residential area. Catalyst looks forward to working with the current tenants and understanding their needs to accommodate future growth.

Vanderbilt Health, part of Vanderbilt University Medical Center, utilizes this location as one of the 18 primary care patient access points. As the primary tenant, Vanderbilt offers specialties in family medicine, general walk-in clinic, and primary care.

The property is also home to Benchmark Physical Therapy, a leading operator of outpatient physical therapy. Services offered by Benchmark include arthritis management, hand therapy, sports rehab, and more.
