Alycia Esmonde
SVP, Asset Managment
Alycia oversees the Asset Management and Lease Administration departments and acts as a liaison between the leasing, property management, and property accounting departments. She ensures that all leasing activity and information is properly recorded, maintained and in compliance. She oversees annual business plans and budgets to ensure yearly goals are being meet and maintained by each building in the portfolio. Additionally, Alycia assists in acquisition and development due diligence processes, including transition to operations.
Prior to joining us in August 2015, Alycia worked for The JBG Companies, a leading investor, owner, developer, and manager of properties in the Washington D.C. metro area. Alycia managed building operations for over 500,000 square feet of space with annual revenues estimated at $9.3 million. She prepared annual business plans totaling $6.3 million and completed monthly operating packages evaluating financial results based on year-to-date and reforecast variances. She also handled tenant and vendor relations, contract management and accounts payable processing.
Additionally, Alycia worked as a lease administrator for three years where she was responsible for administering and overseeing more than 200 leases for 28 properties totaling 4.3 million square feet, including lease abstraction, setup and monitoring lease terms, options, and clauses in YARDI Voyager, and completing annual operating expense and real estate tax estimates and reconciliations.
