In 2008, Alex founded The Eagle Fund, a one-of-a-kind rehabilitation program that has helped over 1,000 injured U.S. Special Operations personnel return to duty. Before joining Catalyst, he served as Senior Vice President for Business Development at EXOS, a global leader in human performance.
