This acquisition consists of a four-building portfolio (campus) in Great Falls, Montana. The campus includes a surgical hospital, ambulatory surgery center, on-campus clinic, and a medical office building. The surgical hospital is undergoing a 58,800 SF expansion. The 108,000 SF medical office building is attached to the surgical hospital providing a variety of healthcare services. This $63 million expansion project will provide tremendous growth opportunities for the Great Falls Clinic to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in Montana.

The surgical hospital expansion will increase the number of inpatient and ICU beds as well as additional services. The MOB offers imaging, oncology, and orthopaedic services
