Elisha assists on Catalyst’s development projects in leasing, tenant & clinical design, project development, and construction. She is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
In 1997 Elisha began her career in commercial real estate. In 2008 Elisha transitioned to focus exclusively on healthcare real estate. Since 2008 she has developed over 2 million square feet of healthcare projects ranging from 30,000 square feet to 212,000 square feet. Elisha’s development experience includes the performance of the physician demand assessment, client relationship management, project management, the negotiation of lease agreements, the negotiation of value engineering and construction costs. Prior to joining Catalyst, Elisha served as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Landmark Healthcare Facilities, a leading and national developer of medical office buildings and outpatient facilities.
