As Founder and CEO, Chad is responsible for shaping Catalyst’s mission, vision, and values, as well as fostering and growing the organization’s deep-rooted culture. Under his leadership, Catalyst has grown from a boutique real estate development company focused on the Southeast into a national platform with multiple offices and investments across more than 23 states. Chad has actively guided Catalyst through over $2.5 billion in healthcare real estate investments via developments and acquisitions nationwide.

Chad’s influence also extends into sports medicine and orthopedics. Partnering with world-renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews, Chad serves as both a board member and investor in Dr. Andrews’ legacy venture, Andrews Medicine, LLC. Additionally, Chad is the founder of Andrews Athlete, an innovative initiative that partners with universities and sports organizations to advance injury prevention programs, expedite access to athlete-centric expert care, and improve recovery and rehabilitation pathways.

Outside of Catalyst and Andrews-related ventures, Chad is the visionary and primary investor behind three transformative projects in Northwest Florida: OLF-8, a 540-acre master-planned development in Beulah; The East Garden District in Downtown Pensacola; and Ransley Station, a 60-acre master-planned development in Northwest Pensacola.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chad is actively involved in several leadership and community organizations. He is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and is listed among Florida Trend’s Top 500 Most Influential Executives—a recognition awarded to leaders who make an impact beyond their companies and set high standards for best practices in their field. In 2023, Chad was recognized for his leadership in the healthcare real estate industry by being named Healthcare Real Estate Executive of the Year by Healthcare Real Estate Insights (HREI).

Prior to launching Catalyst, Chad founded THG Investments, a private investment firm focused on launching and supporting ventures aimed at transforming healthcare delivery, most notably Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS).

Chad and his wife, Brooke, have four children—Charlie, Archie, Mary Jean, and Hattie Bell—all of whom never seem to run out of energy.
