Anthony leads the entire Catalyst development team on transaction structuring, strategy, design, construction, leasing, and sales/marketing.
During the last 18 years, Anthony Lampasona has leased more than 4 million square feet of physician office space and other healthcare space in 30+ healthcare and medical office buildings. These 30+ buildings ranged in size from 4,000 to 268,302 SF. Anthony’s development experience includes the performance of due diligence, the negotiation of lease agreements and ground leases, the preparation of partnership agreements, the negotiation of construction and permanent loans and other financing, and the procurement of approvals and clearances from municipal authorities and other regulators. Before his association with Catalyst, Anthony served as the President and COO of Landmark Healthcare Facilities, a national developer of medical office buildings and outpatient facilities.
